Harnessing Waste Heat

A local Print company, who have been a loyal customer for the past 15 years recently called us in to find a solution for the waste heat expelled form a newly installed water chiller.

We supplied and installed a canopy to gather the wasted heat (some 65.0kW!!) and ducted it into a neighbouring room to supply winter heating. We then added de stratification fans to push the heat down from the high ceiling, together with the option of diverting the expelled heat outdoor during the summer months
