Importance of Air Conditioning Maintenance

We recently replaced a system at a local Vets and where amazed at the condition of the existing filters. We would guess that they had never been cleaned since the original installation, resulting in ever decreasing efficiency of the system and increased running costs, not to mention greatly reducing the life span of the equipment!
