Office air conditioning, Pool in Wharfedale

A former Aston Martin showroom re designated as office space required cooling / heating

Absence of usable roof void and limited wall space led us to propose the installation of three Daikin under ceiling cassettes.

Each unit rated at 12.5kW all operating from a single Madoka controller. Services were routed above the units on a single galvanised tray.

Gravity drainage was achieved negating the need for pumps and potential failures.
