Sleep better with bedroom air conditioning

We all know how difficult it can be to sleep properly on hot summer nights. According to the Sleep Council (www.sleepcouncil.org.uk) an ideal bedroom temperature should be around 16-18°C (60-65°F). Your body temperature needs to drop slightly before you go to sleep which is why you just can’t sleep when you’re too hot.

Alongside such ideas as putting your pillow in the fridge before you go to bed (because we’ve all got space in our fridges for a couple of pillows haven’t we!), one of their suggestions for getting a better nights sleep is to invest in air conditioning in the bedroom.

Recent hot weather has brought a flood of domestic bedroom enquiries. Installation of this 2.0kW Daikin wall mount, ensures a good nights sleep!
