A Focus on siting of outdoor units

This was an installation at a newly opened “Well-being” Centre. External trunking colour is selected to best compliment the external structure. All pipework routed to the rear of the building to take the outdoor units out of sight and further reduce noise levels for neighbours.

Black trunking was used here to better blend with the external fall pipes. Whilst it is never ideal to see the services routed outside we always look to site the outdoor unit out of direct site, and match external fall pipes and window frames.

Once again we advised positioning the outdoor unit at the side of the property below the adjoining fence line, reducing the impact on the neighbours.
