Domestic installations

Following VAT becoming zero rated on domestic installations we have seen a large increase in enquiries and sales. In the main it has mostly been installations to bedrooms, either retro fitting or on new builds.

Rather than mount the indoor unit directly over the bed, to avoid cold air draughts we encourage customers to mount the unit discreetly in a corner of the room.

Externally we route the services in PVC trunking, colour coded to match existing soffits, drain fall pipes etc. Galvanised support brackets weather much better than the proprietary off the shelf options.

Mains electrical supplies are normally derived from the internal ring main and sub fused externally to protect the system. All components are weather proof.

Daikin Low Inverter systems prove the more cost effective solution with the option to add Wi-Fi connectivity.

Doing the job right, quickly and cleanly keeps customers coming back to us. This was the 4th system we have installed at a customers property in York.
