Having viewed an installation by Kirwin A/C at a neighbours home, we were pleased when despite the distances involved Terry not only gave invaluable information over the phone, but travelled to do a survey and subsequently installed an Emura A/C unit. Thus far we have used it only in heating mode with immediate results. Power usage has been low and heat output high.
The service Terry and his colleague provided was first class. No mess, no disruption, job done!!! The Emura unit is stylish and does not look out of place in our hallway. We are looking forward to next summer when we can use the cooling mode. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Kirwin A/C. Thank you so much.
