Ducted systems installed to Domestic property

Recent domestic installation in Bardsey.

The customer was adamant they didn’t want indoor units on display ruling out wall mounts. We proposed the installation of a Daikin 5.0kW slim ducted to the Large Master bedroom (circa 50m2). We were able to locate the indoor unit within a void above the dressing room delivering conditioned air via a double deflection grille. The higher “non vision” grille allows return air flow to the indoor unit.

The “Madoka” controller was located within the conditioned area affording us the option of switching control from either the indoor unit or the controller.

The smaller Bedroom was fitted with a Daikin 2.5kW concealed floor mount. Return air was also via a “non vision” grille directly to the underside of the unit. A supply plenum allowed us to route two insulated ducts to the high level supply grille.

All internal services were routed within the fabric of the building, then routed in colour coded Tecno trunking externally.
