The engineers were both polite, professional and on time. Despite very challenging weather conditions the unit was installed without any issues, and the house was left clean and tidy. We had our loft room done first and were so impressed with the courtesy, professionalism and quality of the guys and the job, (plus the actual unit itself is a great bit of kit), that we decided to almost immediately have them fit a unit to our downstairs family area too! This also was an excellent job, very neat and tidy and we’re very pleased.
