So respectful, so thoughtful and went above and beyond. They were quiet when working, no swearing and cleaned up after themselves to an amazing standard. We chose Kirwin air conditioning after an initial phone call and a meeting at our home to discuss our requirements. We were advised on the location of AC units and the installation as well as given options on what type of unit to go for. We went with Daikin and the ‘Stylish’ units which look and perform brilliantly. The fitting team were excellent , professional and explained the different modes / settings that this system has once the install was complete. They kept a tidy work area and were respectful of working in our home using dust sheets, a vacuum cleaner and taking shoes off before coming in. A real credit to the company. Having viewed an installation by Kirwin A/C at a neighbours home, we were pleased when despite the distances involved Terry not only gave invaluable information over the phone, but travelled to do a survey and subsequently installed an Emura A/C unit. Thus far we have used it only in heating mode with immediate results. Power usage has been low and heat output high.
The service Terry and his colleague provided was first class. No mess, no disruption, job done!!! The Emura unit is stylish and does not look out of place in our hallway. We are looking forward to next summer when we can use the cooling mode. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Kirwin A/C. Thank you so much.

Further to your request for a trade reference, it gives me a great pleasure to write a reference for such a deserving business. Having researched the optimum method of heating and cooling our offices, we decided that we needed to consider air conditioning units. The most difficult task was sifting through pages and pages of businesses claiming to be the best in the industry.
We decided to ask our customers who they would recommend and quickly the same answer was, Kirwin Air Conditioning Ltd.
From our initial telephone enquiry right through to the day of commissioning the system, the service we received from Kirwin Air was first class, nothing was too much trouble, and the way in which the system was explained was easy to understand without making us feel daft.We now set this standard when using new companies for other works we require, after all if Kirwin Air can achieve it and indeed maintain, then the rest should be able to.
We have had the system in place now for some 10 years, and apart from the annual service, the system has not cost one penny to maintain. We find it the most cost-effective method in our offices and as its remote control with a timer feature making it not only very convenient, it helps to keep our heating costs to a minimum.

We would certainly recommend our Air Conditioning Unit, installed by Kirwin Air Conditioning. It is situated in our conservatory and provides both instant heat and coolness at a press of a button, enabling us to use our conservatory throughout the year. It is discreet and quiet when in operation and has required no maintenance. As it is situated high on the wall, it does not take up any valuable floor space and because of it’s location, circulates the warm/cold air very effectively. Unlike other forms of heating appliances, the unit sits flush to the wall, so no damage was caused to the wall or floor installing pipes or wires.
Kirwin Air Conditioning fitted it quickly and made no mess when installing it. The workforce of Kirwin Air Conditioning were friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient and we would not hesitate to recommend this company in either a domestic or commercial capacity.
